Our Surf Cowgirls Retreat is designed for women who are wanting to spend some time coming back into their own. It’s for the ones who feel the pull to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel most alive. Whether you’re craving clarity, confidence, adventure, healing, or simply a break from the pace of everyday life, this retreat offers a space where you can listen to your intuition, move your body with purpose, and feel inspired again.

It’s also for women who want to experience something different — something playful, soulful, and rooted in nature. Here, you’ll find a community of like-minded women, saltwater mornings in the ocean, grounding moments on horseback, and evenings filled with connection and laughter. This is a retreat that invites you to come home to yourself in the most beautiful way: through movement, sisterhood, and the magic of Sayulita.

Our retreats are held at the beautiful Casa Cinética here in Sayulita, Mexico. Casa Cinética is located about a 10 min drive from Sayulita near two beautiful beaches called Patzcuaro and Patzcuarito.

No, you don't have to have any previous surf experience. If you do, that's great too! We're creating an environment where you feel safe in the ocean and learning to surf. We've partnered up with Thania from Sayulita Surf Girls Tatei and she's an amazing instructor alongside one of our founders Kenzie.

No, you don't have to have any previous experience with horses. If you do that's great too. We will be pairing people up with horses that we think will fit their vibe and be a good match.

We will ask if you have any experience and what that experience has been just so that we can properly match you to a horse that is a good fit.

There is a $1000 USD non-refundable deposit that is required to confirm your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the retreat.

If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you forfeit your $1000 USD non-refundable deposit.

Private or Shared Room (depending on your choice) for the 5 nights, 6 days staying in Casa Cinética.

All meals are catered by our Private Chef Emma from Spicy Soul Kitchen. Every meal is included for 2026 Retreats after March from the arrival to the villa on day 1 to leaving the villa on day 6.

Transportation throughout the week on Rangers.

Airport transfer, we'll make sure you get to Casa Cinética and back to the airport easily and hassle free.

The only things not included in the price of the retreat are:

Airfare to Sayulita and back
Travel Insurance (we highly recommend you have some type of insurance)
Spending money (snacks, alcohol, shopping, etc...)

Please fly into Puerto Vallarta airport and let us know as soon as possible your arrival time so we can coordinate your airport transfer. It's ideal to land on the first day between 12-4PM and ideal to leave on the last day between 12-4PM.
